Hey Everyone!

Today I’m sharing the newest editions to the Gridlock Lacquer Rochester, NY collection, these 3 polishes are the Summer 2015 colors. These polishes will have Rochester themed names, so if you know anyone from Rochester let them know they’ll be needing these lol I’m obviously a huge neon fan so I was excited to swatch these babies, let’s get to it!

First up we have ‘Bubble Ball,’ a neon lime green. Loving this color! Shown here with 3 coats. It had a really smooth easy to apply formula. I think this polish must have a white base as its starting point (?) because complete opacity even with 3 coats is pretty good for a neon this bright!

For the accent nails I used another color from Gridlock Lacquer, the pink is ‘For the Love of Larkin’ and the black is ‘Black Noir’ from Bundle Monster. The reverse stamping was done using Uber Chic plate 1-01.

Next up is ‘Flour City Flower City,’ lavender neon pink? My pics lean a little pinker than in person where it looks a little more purple. I’m so obsessed with this color! Another easy to apply neon, shown here with 3 coats for full opacity.

For the accent nail I used a base of Loreal ‘Masked Affair’ with the most adorable skull vinyl decals from Twinkled T. You can use my discount code TWISTAR for 10% off your entire Twinkled T order!

The last polish in the collection is ‘Egypt, Greece, Mexico,’ a shimmering seafoam pearl with subtle pink flakies and iridescent micro glitters. This reminds me of mermaids and pearls! Due to the flakies the formula on this is a little thicker but not goopy, it applied nicely and evenly. I used 2 coats here.

For the accent nail I used a base of China Glaze ‘White on White’ and a dotting tool and then topped with a little gold bow charm that I got from ebay.

These 3 babies are great additions to the Rochester, NY Collection from Gridlock Lacquer! If you are someone that doesn’t like to do a white undie with your neons then I suggest checking these out as a white undie isn’t necessary for these.
