I picked up OPI Casino Royale from the James Bond Skyfall Collection back in the middle of the summer and I have been patiently waiting to bust it out! I LOVE vampy colors and Daniel Craig and the move Skyfall so this is a pretty awesome polish! It’s such a gorgeous cremey vampy red toned plum. I wanted to keep things simple for this mani so I just went with one lonely sparkly accent nail.

Whoah baby! Look at this polish perfection that is Casino Royale. It applied beautifully and nice and opaque at 2 coats.
On the ring accent nail I layered 2 coats of Julep Betty. It has small fuchsia and cranberry colored glitter, I think it has a black jelly base but hard to tell? Anyways, I love it. Applied great no issues with this glitter. I think these 2 make a pretty great combo.
I've never tried a "tie-dye" nail look before so I was really excited to give these a go! I had these planned to go with my outfit I wore to a 60s themed charity event, I went as a Flower Child BUT you know how life is... It gets in the way of all your fun! So I just did them after the event and kept the mood going.

Tomorrow is St. Patrick's Day, get out your green shirts and nail polish lol I actually posted this mani on instagram and youtube a week and a half ago but decided to wait to put it on my blog. Why? Who knows! Ok let's get to it!

Ok. I'm just gonna say it. I'm totally addicted to Sharpie manis lol If it were up to me, I'd do a Sharpie mani every ding dong DAY lol! But I've been stopping myself because seriously, I need to switch it up. I was feeling like I was in a Spring mood, so I went with some Spring colors and I was so happy with how this came out. This is one of my fav manis that I've ever done! I'm such a purple fan so combined with the sharpies and vinyls... head = blown haha!
And totally random, but this mani was completed when my nails were at my fav length. They only stay my "perfect" length for a couple of days and I'm too lazy to file them a couple times per week haha I think my nails grow fast but no that fast. It's so weird how such a minuscule amount of growth can make such a big difference in nail appearance. Or maybe I'm just crazy, totally possible!

After much planning and sleepless nights of editing, I finally got my very first full length YouTube tutorial up! I wanted my first tutorial to represent me and the things I love so I went with a Walking Dead theme because it's my fav show, neons, and nail stamping. All things I love!
I've been doing instagram tutorials for about a year and a half and for the past 6 months or so I've been debating starting an accompaning YouTube channel. I knew it would be a lot of work and the idea of putting my "voice" out there kind of terrified me, but then the annoyance at only having 15 seconds to show what I filmed kind of trumped my fear lol So I jumped in! And so far it has been very rewarding... and A LOT of work! This first tutorial probably took me about 20 hrs total to film and edit. OH. MY. That included a lot of learning on the fly though, editing a full length tutorial and doing voiceover is a completely different beast. I have since completed 2 other full length tutorials (I will post them sometime soon on my blog lol) and I've gotten faster each time.
Anyways! Here is a still shot of my mani!
Also, I think I want to make the size of my pics smaller like the one above. I've previously posted them very large but I dunno, it's been annoying me lately. Let me know how you feel! LOL

I'm super excited to share this collection with you! Today I'm sharing the Wet N Wild California Dreaming Collection. Ever since I reviewed the Wet N Wild Silver Lake Collection, I just can't get enough of the MegaLast line! I adore their formula and colors and most especially their price, they range from $1.99 - $2.99 and you can often get them on sale. My only dislike is the extra large brush, but not that big of a deal. For all of my swatches I also used the new top coat from Wet N wild, Clear The Air. I believe this top coat is supposed to be like the gel hybrids top coats out there. It dries very fast but sort of leaves micro-cracks in the surface of the polish. I'll point it out in the photos below. Ok, let's get onto swatches!

Margaritas for everyone! How else am I supposed to celebrate? Lol I’m in the middle of swatching the Wet N Wild California Dreaming collection and one of the colors ‘Sun Settle Down’ seemed like the perfect base for some Cinco de Mayo themed nails! I also attempted another mini Instagram tutorial for this mani and I kind of just messed up the whole thing haha I didn’t realize my camera would be in the way of stamping, whoops. Shortly after I purchased a new tripod so that I have more room, it’s never ending what I feel like I NEED in order to complete my manis lol Ok, onto my mani!
You can see how I mis-stamped the nail with what is supposed to say Cinco de Mayo but instead it says “inco de nayo” hahaha! I half-ass painted on a C but didn’t have any room to fix the M so nayo it is!
I've always loved markers, like really really loved markers. Back about a billion years ago when I was in college, I did a ton of marker rendering and had quite the collection. Those days are long gone but I still get excited to use markers so combing then with nail polish is probably the greatest thing ever. And let's talk about Floss Gloss Lean, such a pretty orchid purple!
Today I am sharing another mani using the OPI Infinite Shine polishes that I received from the Preen.Me VIP Program. This gorgeous Spring Green is To The Finish Lime! At first I didn't know what to do with this color, don't get me wrong I love green polish but I was feeling very uninspired. So without a plan I laid down the base color and dug through my decal stash... and then magic happened haha, check it out!
This came out better than if I planned it lol
The green is OPI Infinite Shine To The Finish Lime! This one had a very nice formula and covered completely opaque in 2 coats. After I added the Infinite Shine Gloss top coat and let dry, I applied these blue rose water decals. The decals are from ebay, they are sold by about a million sellers so you could find them by searching for blue flower waer decals. They are on a clear base so the green polish kind of shows through and blends them together, I love the effect! I also added a 2mm blue round jewel that I got from ebay.
Whose in the mood for some cyclone vinyl action? How great are these cyclone swirls from Twinkled T, gaaahhhhh I love them! They're hypnotizing and give such a unique look. This was my first time using these and I'm already imaging fun ways to use these again.

Guess what? I got even more swatches of the Color Club Poptastic Pastel Neons! As if I didn't post enough lol, you can see my first set of "plain" swatches without nail art and read my review here Color Club Poptastic Pastel Neon Collection Swatch Review - Spring 2015. For these swatches I wanted to focus on stamping since I just got a shit-load of new stamping plates from HeHe and Qgirl. Keep in mind, for all of these swatches I used 1 coat of white (Rica Polish Whiteout) and 2 layers of color topped with HK Girl Top Coat from Glisten & Glow. Ok onto swatches!
Don't you just love a good collage! These colors in this collection just make my eyeballs so happy! Loving the whole collection, I can't pick a fav.
I'll start with my fav stamping I did for this collection! This is 'Diggin' The Dancing Queen.' When I posted this on instagram so many people thought it was really watermarble! Haha! I haven't even tried to watermarble yet so this stamping plate, HeHe 040, is a good substitute. I used Rica Polish Blackout and a couple of 2mm black studs to finish it off.
Today I have a collection to share that I am SO excited about! They are just me in a bottle lol I'm talking about the Color Club Poptastic Pastel Neon Collection for Spring 2015. ALL the things I love, crème finish, pastel, and neon! Well, washed out neon if you want to be specific. You may have seen a lot of swatches of these on instagram and heard us all talking about the.... not so great formula? Well, ok they're not perfect BUT I kind of expect that with these types of colors AND if you use a white undie (like I do with all neons) they are perfectly fine! I only needed 2 coats of each color over 1 coat of white to reach full opacity with no patchiness or streakiness. Now, if you didn't use a white undie these would probably take 3 or 4 coats to be opaque and even out. So, moral of the story kids: don't forget to wear clean undies with these! Onto swatches and reviews!

excited when I saw pics of these and knew I had to buy the entire 6 polish
set.I found them at Rite-aid for 40%
off so I got all of them for less than $8 after tax!What a bargain!The collection consists of 5 cremes and 1

How about some Beetlejuice inspired nail art?I was inspired by a mani by Anny Polish and Paint
did about a month ago.I must say, this
is loosely inspired by Beetlejuice lol The only resemblance is the black and
white stripes that I did using striping nail stencils.On Instagram I labeled this as Beetlejuice
joins the circus.Onto pics!
Today I will be reviewing my first OPI Infinite Shine Gel
Effects Lacquer System!I was sent for
review, a box of the Infinite Shine colors and the base and top coat from
Preen.me as part of their VIP program.This will really be my first time trying one these new pseudo-gel
lacquer type systems.Shall we just get
past all the formalities and onto the polish?!Let’s go!
To use these polishes you will need to buy into the 1-2-3
Gel Effects Lacquer System with the primer base and gloss top coat (that cures
in natural light).The primer base
applied fine and dried pretty quick!Always nice.For my base color I chose
Set in Stone.A dark taupe that has
hints of purple to it, it reminds me a lot of OPI I Sao Paulo Over There.I held them next to each other and Set in
Stone may be just a little darker but very close.This was a very pigmented polish, almost
covered completely in 1 coat.It wasn’t
thin or thick, just kind of that perfect consistency that makes it very easy to
coat the nail and not flood the cuticles.I would say the formula is slightly thicker than regular OPI polish and
it has a stronger smell.Nothing I couldn’t
handle just wanted to note it.I used 2
coats here, it dried pretty shiny and pretty fast!Defintely faster than regular OPI
polish.I left my base to dry without
top coat so that I could add some stamping.

For this mani I used a
technique called reverse stamping.Reverse stamping is when you leave the image stamped on your stamper and
paint it in before applying to your nail.Sounds complicated right?Well
